Charles S. Piccirillo
More than 30 years of trial experience has resulted in Charlie's unique skill in complex insurance and commercial issues, including bad faith, insurance coverage issues, toxic torts, and litigation of serious accident claims. He is frequently called upon by the legal community statewide to mediate the most complex and difficult cases. Charlie graduated Order of the Coif from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1980. He is a past President of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and sits on several advisory boards. Charlie is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the several United States District Courts throughout West Virginia. He is located in the firm's Madison, West Virginia office.
