Jeff has over 25 years of trial experience dealing with automobile accidents, construction claims and other insurance coverage claims and bad faith litigation issues. Jeff is a graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelors degree in Finance and he received his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. Jeff is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Jeff is from Barboursville, West Virginia and is based in the firm’s Charleston office.
