Tony has over 25 years of litigation experience involving workers’ compensation, social security disability, long term disability claims, insurance issues and accident claims. Tony graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law where he was a member of the Board of Editors of the West Virginia Law Review. Tony’s workers’ compensation practice covers all of West Virginia and his Social Security disability practice includes all of West Virginia and the surrounding states. Tony is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits. Tony is located in the firm's Charleston office, but is available for consultations at all of the firm’s locations.
