Brian devotes his practice to representing clients in injury and accident claims. His practice focuses on automobile accidents, wrongful death, and medical malpractice claims, mining and industrial accidents, toxic torts and employment and discrimination claims. Brian received his B.A. from the Pikeville College. Brian graduated Order of the Coif from the West Virginia University College of Law and was Executive Publication Editor of the West Virginia Law Review. Brian is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. Brian is a member of the American Association for Justice. Brian is located in the firm's Madison office, but is available for consultations at all of the firm’s locations.
